(Senior) ServiceNow AI Engineer - Full-Remote

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to accelerate AI Journey.
We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work full-time in CET working hours. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies;
Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations;
Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value;
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization;
Clear communicator and problem solver;
Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree;
5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles;
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities;
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments;
Fluent in English;
