Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support campaign execution and content creation for our team in Worli, Mumbai. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who is eager to apply AI tools, analytics, and creative thinking to real marketing challenges, ideally with some exposure to financial/capital markets or agency work.
● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
● Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, HubSpot AI) to draft content, generate creative ideas, and speed up day-to-day marketing tasks
● Support the creation of marketing materials relevant to a financial/capital markets audience
● Track and report on campaign performance using basic analytics tools
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies on campaign deliverables
● Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content
● Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation
● Support social media posting, email campaigns, and website updates as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & Experience
● AI Tools & Techniques: Basic to intermediate experience using AI tools for content or marketing tasks
● Financial/Capital Markets Knowledge: Interest in or basic understanding of financial markets/BFSI sector (training can be provided)
● Agency Experience: Internship or prior work experience in a marketing agency preferred
● Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute fresh ideas and think outside the box
● Data Analytics: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics dashboards
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
GOOD TO HAVE
● Familiarity with Canva, basic graphic design
● Exposure to social media management
● Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts
Willingness to learn CRM and marketing automation tools
