Data Engineer

As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing customer data ecosystems that power personalization, analytics, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/data pipelines for customer data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
Drive customer data unification and identity resolution to create accurate 360° customer profiles.
Develop and enhance customer segmentation models to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.
Architect and optimize real-time and batch data processing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to deliver data-driven solutions.
Manage and optimize data platforms using technologies such as Presto, Hive, Digdag, Embulk, and SQL.
Continuously improve platform efficiency through automation, performance tuning, and adoption of modern data engineering practices.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or (master's degree ).
4+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on customer data platforms (CDP Treasure Data), data integration, and ELT/ETL processes.
Expertise in data unification, identity resolution, and customer profile management.
Treasure Data CDP certification preferred
Familiarity with marketing tech stack & Experience with Treasure Data or similar CDP platforms good to have
Proficiency in tools and technologies like Python, Presto, Hive, SQL, Digdag, Embulk, and Data Warehousing (DW).
Strong understanding of data flow management, data pipelines, and data storage systems, with experience in both real-time and batch processing.
