Digital Data Analytics Manager — Product Team
Company: Americana Restaurants
Department: Digital Product
Reports to: Head of Analytics
Location: Mohali, India
About the Role
Americana operates KFC across multiple markets in the Middle East, and our Digital Product team owns the mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and websites that power millions of customer orders. We're looking for a Digital Data Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function within the Digital Product team — owning the data strategy, instrumentation standards, and insight generation that guide product decisions across apps, kiosks, and web, across all our markets.
You'll manage a small team of analysts, set the standards for how we track and measure digital performance, and act as the primary bridge between data and product strategy for senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Own the digital analytics strategy across KFC apps, kiosks, and websites — defining what gets measured, how, and why, in support of product and business goals
Lead the tracking/instrumentation framework — setting standards for tracking plans, event taxonomies, and naming conventions that scale consistently across markets and platforms
Manage and mentor a team of data/digital analysts, reviewing their work, setting priorities, and developing their skills
Oversee data quality and governance — ensuring GA4 events, parameters, and BigQuery pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and audited regularly across all markets
Drive the analytics roadmap, partnering with Engineering and Data Platform teams on tooling, pipeline improvements, and scalability of the data infrastructure supporting apps, kiosks, and web
Translate data into product strategy — presenting insights, recommendations, and performance narratives to senior product, marketing, and business leadership
Own reporting and dashboarding standards, ensuring stakeholders across markets have self-serve access to reliable, consistent metrics (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
Lead experimentation and testing strategy — working with Product Managers to define KPIs, set up A/B tests, and evaluate feature/release impact
Manage cross-market analytics alignment, accounting for differing behaviors, regulations, and product configurations across the region, while keeping a unified measurement framework
Act as the analytics point of escalation for tracking issues, data discrepancies, and ad hoc executive data requests
Collaborate with engineering and QA during releases to help verify tracking is working as expected
Build and run ML models for recommendation engine
What We're Looking For
6–8+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or data analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a people or team-lead capacity
Deep hands-on expertise with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including designing tracking architecture from scratch
Strong SQL and BigQuery skills, with experience managing or overseeing data pipelines feeding into analytics/BI layers
Proven experience owning tracking QA/testing processes and data governance at scale, across multiple platforms and markets
Strong command of visualization/BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and experience defining reporting standards for an organization
Experience working with mobile apps, kiosks/POS, and web platforms — ideally in retail, QSR/F&B, or e-commerce
Track record of influencing product strategy through data — not just reporting, but shaping roadmap and prioritization decisions
Experience managing analytics across multiple countries/markets, balancing local nuance with a consistent regional framework
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations)
Nice to Have
Experience with A/B testing/experimentation platforms and building a testing culture within a product org
Basic scripting (Python) for advanced analysis or automation
Work arrangement
