About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage financial reporting, accounting, audits, taxation, compliance, and internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Review accounting records, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance
Support tax filings, audits, and resolution of tax queries
Monitor and strengthen internal controls and finance processes
Support cash flow management, banking, and bank reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management
Work with ERP/finance systems such as Zoho, SAP, or Oracle
Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance / Controllership
CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance
Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Experience working with ERP/finance systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good ownership and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have

Group consolidation or international reporting experience
Experience with finance automation and process improvement
