Junior Copywriter

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter who is curious, culturally switched-on, and obsessed with finding the right words.
Someone who can turn a boring brief into a scroll-stopping idea, write a caption that actually makes people stop, and come up with concepts that make the team go, “Okay, that’s good.”
You don’t need to know everything.
But you should be willing to think, write, rewrite, experiment and learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✦ Write. A lot.
Social media copies, captions, scripts, campaign ideas, taglines, headlines, website copy, brand communication and whatever else the brief throws at you.
✦ Think beyond the obvious.
Bring fresh ideas and different perspectives to campaigns, content and brand communication.
✦ Work on real brands.
Understand a brand's personality, audience and objectives — and translate them into communication people actually want to engage with.
✦ Collaborate with creatives.
Work closely with designers, motion artists, strategists, account teams and performance marketers to turn ideas into kick-ass work.
✦ Understand culture.
Keep an eye on trends, memes, internet culture, advertising, pop culture and everything people are talking about.
✦ Take feedback like a pro.
Good copy rarely comes out perfect on the first attempt. Be ready to rewrite, refine and make the work better.

→ You can take a brief and turn it into an idea.
→ You don't panic when someone says, “Let's try one more option.”
