Role Description
The Client Servicing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role oversees key accounts, understands client business goals, and translates them into clear marketing and communication plans in partnership with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding client strategy discussions, managing projects and timelines, monitoring performance against KPIs, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Client Servicing Director will lead client presentations, resolve complex service issues, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with finance to manage budgets, contracts, and account profitability. This position also mentors and supports client servicing team members, helping to build scalable processes and consistently high standards of client experience.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service experience, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and facilitate productive discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record in driving Customer Satisfaction, handling escalations, and maintaining quality standards across multiple accounts.
Solid understanding of Finance fundamentals related to budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management for client accounts.
Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in account management, client servicing, or related roles in marketing, advertising, or consulting.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and metrics to guide decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
