Job Description
Participate in customer meetings related to technical and RAMS issues
Should be able to troubleshoot the electrical and mechanical faults in FT system
Perform follow-up and audits on the FS procedure application with a focus on the safety rules
Managing the spares on site and having the follow ups
Maintaining the failure database and component traceability
Planning of the retrofit work and its implementation
Troubleshooting the failures and correction
Site report preparation in the excel , word and PPT format
Site reporting
Candidate Profile
Qualification - Good academic back ground in mechanical or electrical/electronics degree
Experience - Minimum experience of 3-5 years of working as Service engineer
Required Skill Set
Good technical understanding of electrical and pneumatic circuits. Relevant rolling stock experience is preferable
Should have the experience in troubleshooting
Should have very good communication skill in English, Hindi / Marati
Flexible attitude to work in changing environment
Presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft office applications
Customer oriented
