Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI models that power JuicyScore’s antifraud and credit scoring solutions in a full-time remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning models, with a focus on pattern recognition and neural networks, and integrating these models into production systems. The engineer will collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to refine algorithms, improve model accuracy, and ensure scalable, secure deployment. Typical tasks involve data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring, as well as contributing to score modeling and decision-making systems. The role also includes researching new AI techniques, documenting solutions, and participating in technical discussions to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
Qualifications
Strong foundations in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world fraud detection, risk scoring, or similar applications.
Hands-on Software Development skills, including implementing, testing, and deploying AI models in production environments.
Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for analyzing text-based signals is an advantage.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI/ML (such as Python), and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Background in machine learning, statistics, or data science, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and document technical work effectively.
Experience with antifraud, fintech, or credit scoring domains, and familiarity with privacy-preserving data practices, is beneficial.
