Sales Analyst
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head
Job Purpose
To analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, track targets, and provide insights to improve sales performance and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS.
Track target vs. achievement and salesperson performance.
Analyze product, customer, territory, and channel-wise sales.
Prepare sales dashboards and management reports.
Support sales forecasting and business planning.
Identify sales trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, SCM, and other departments for accurate data.
Maintain sales data accuracy and timely reporting.
Key Skills
Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Power BI / ERP / CRM preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales MIS, Sales Analysis, or Business Analysis.
