We are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Social Media & Content Creator to join the upGrad School of Technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to appear on camera and create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and innovative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for reels, videos, interviews, campus content, and other digital campaigns.
Ideate and execute creative content around students, campus life, technology, education, events, and brand stories.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content styles.
Collaborate with the marketing and campus teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, and short-form content.
Track content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
Ability to understand trends and convert them into relevant content.
Energetic, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students and teams on campus.
Candidates who can work from the Pune or Bengaluru campus.
