Spoken English Trainer - Evening

Note: This is a strictly in-person position. NOT a Remote job.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spoken English Teacher to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching conversational English, improving students' speaking and listening skills, and helping them develop confidence in using English in everyday communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Classes: Teach spoken English to students of varying levels (beginner to advanced), focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and listening skills.
Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students' needs and language proficiency levels.
Interactive Learning: Use a range of teaching methods (group discussions, role-plays, interactive exercises) to engage students and foster a communicative learning environment.
Assessments: Assess students’ progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and verbal evaluations. Provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Cultural Exposure: Teach students about cultural contexts and idiomatic expressions to enhance their practical use of English in real-life situations.
Individual Attention: Offer one-on-one tutoring sessions when necessary to help struggling students improve their speaking abilities.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring that all students participate and practice regularly.
Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records of students’ attendance and progress. Report to the head of the department or coordinator regularly.
