IELTS Trainer / Centre Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in all four modules of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) while also managing the daily operations of the center. This is a dual-role position that requires a balance between teaching excellence and operational management skills.
Key duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the training center, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Manage staff, including administrative personnel and trainers, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor student enrollments, attendance, and performance, ensuring that center targets are met.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students and their progress.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the center complies with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive IELTS preparation classes, covering all exam sections.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and strategies for students to improve their English language proficiency.
- Provide regular feedback and assessments to students regarding their performance.
- Conduct mock tests, review answers, and give constructive feedback to help students achieve their target scores.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and formats.
- Assist students with test registration and offer guidance on exam day preparation.
