Credentialing Specialist

Location: Baner, Pune
Work Mode: On-site (5 Days a Week)
Shift: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM IST

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage clinician credentialing, documentation, health screenings, and compliance requirements while ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely credentialing of healthcare clinicians.
Maintain and update clinician profiles and credentialing records.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Schedule and follow up on required health screenings and clearances.
Communicate with clinicians via email, phone, and text to obtain required documentation.
Track pending, missing, and expiring credentials and follow up for timely completion.
Coordinate with recruiters, credentialing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with client and facility-specific credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate records and proactively escalate delays or compliance gaps.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of credentialing experience or experience handling credentialing documents.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
Experience with clinician credentialing, compliance, or onboarding.
Familiarity with healthcare licenses, certifications, and screening requirements.
