Position Summary:
The Business Operations & Administration Lead is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing facilities, administration, procurement, vendor relationships, employee transportation, and corporate support services. This role ensures efficient office operations, cost-effective procurement, regulatory coordination, and a safe, productive workplace for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all office administration and facilities operations.
Oversee procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, obtaining competitive quotations, and purchase validation.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, AMCs, and service level performance.
Coordinate with government authorities, landlords, and external agencies on licenses, permits, and statutory requirements.
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, security, pantry services, and infrastructure projects.
Manage office assets, inventory, and capital purchases.
Plan and oversee employee transportation, including shuttle services, cab vendors, route optimization, safety standards, and service quality.
Coordinate office logistics, events, travel arrangements, and workspace planning.
Monitor administrative budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Recruitment, Training, and Service Delivery teams to support business operations.
Qualifications:
7–10 years of experience in administration, facilities management, procurement, or business operations.
Strong experience in vendor management, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of facilities management, employee transportation, and office operations.
Experience coordinating with government agencies and external service providers.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative reporting tools.
