Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
HR Operations
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HRMS records.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations and exits.
Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Assist in employee communication and grievance handling.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, and other HR dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile
BBA/MBA in Human Resources
2–3 years of HR Generalist experience.
Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws.
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
