Technical Design Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Design Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of Design, Engineering, Technology and Manufacturing. The role will focus on managing and improving design software, product libraries, technical databases, configurable design modules, and supporting the integration of design systems with manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who are interested in CAD/CAM, design automation, engineering software, databases, and manufacturing technology.
What You'll Do
Manage and support design software and related workflows.
Develop and maintain product, material, and hardware libraries.
Work with SQL databases and structured engineering data.
Configure and improve parametric product modules and design automation.
Support manufacturing outputs including drawings, BOMs, CNC programs, and machine-readable files.
Troubleshoot technical issues affecting design and production.
Collaborate with design, production, machine operations teams.
Contribute to automation, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency.
What We're Looking For
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant engineering discipline.
0-3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong technical aptitude and relevant projects/internships are welcomed.
Exposure to AutoCAD/CAD-CAM, SQL, design automation, manufacturing systems, or engineering software will be an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving ability, and willingness to learn.
