Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Consultant – Real Estate | Greater Noida | Gurgaon
BazaarX is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead to join our growing Real Estate team. If you have a passion for sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive performance, we’d love to connect with you!
📍 Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 3–6 years in Real Estate New Launch Sales (Greater Noida/Gurgaon market preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Drive sales targets and revenue growth
Handle client interactions and property closures
Monitor team performance and provide regular training
Ensure proper follow-ups and lead conversions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
