Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Consultant – | Greater Noida | Gurgaon
BazaarX is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive performance, we’d love to connect with you!
📍 Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 3–6 years in Sales (Greater Noida/Gurgaon market preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Drive sales targets and revenue growth
Handle client interactions and property closures
Monitor team performance and provide regular training
Ensure proper follow-ups and lead conversions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or Education/IT sales.
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
