Digital Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a rapidly growing hospitality and vacation rental brand specializing in premium villas, holiday homes and luxury stay experiences across India.
This is a hands-on managerial role for a digital marketing professional who can combine performance marketing, social media, content strategy and team management to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Plan, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, ROAS, CPL, conversions and lead quality.
Identify growth opportunities through continuous testing, optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Social Media & Content
Drive the brand's social media strategy and overall digital presence.
Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars across relevant platforms.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
Drive organic reach, engagement, brand awareness and lead generation.
SEO & Digital Growth
Implement and monitor SEO and SMO initiatives.
Track website and digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on digital trends, emerging platforms, AI tools and marketing technologies.
Team Management
Lead, mentor and manage a team of 3 marketing professionals.
Assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
Plan and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors and external partners for marketing initiatives.
Support shoots, campaigns and other brand activities, including travel when required.
What We're Looking For:
4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Good understanding of SEO, SMO, social media strategy and content marketing.
Experience developing and executing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
Prior team handling or mentoring experience.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, D2C or consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
Exposure to AI tools, video editing or creative tools is an added advantage.
MBA preferred; relevant graduation with strong experience will also be considered.
