We're looking for an HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
What you'll do:
Assist in sourcing candidates across social media and professional platforms
Help screen resumes and application forms
Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Draft and post job openings across careers page, social media, and job boards
Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
Assist in job fairs and in-house recruitment events
Support onboarding coordination for new hires
What we're looking for:
Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
