Junior Art Director

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Designer to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate brand requirements into compelling creative assets across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.
Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital media
Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirements
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives
Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projects
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelines
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in FMCG or consumer brand advertising will be an added advantage.
