Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with A/B testing and predictive analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
