Job Brief
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Manager to lead sales for an exclusive luxury residential project with 3 & 4 BHK apartments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and closing high-value property deals. You will manage the sales journey from the first enquiry to the final booking and help buyers find a home they will truly value.
Responsibilities
Drive sales for luxury 3 & 4 BHK residential apartments.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, brokers, and channel partners.
Meet potential buyers and understand their needs and budget.
Arrange and conduct property visits and project presentations.
Explain apartment features, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
Follow up with leads and move them towards site visits and bookings.
Handle buyer questions and concerns with care and confidence.
Negotiate with customers and support successful deal closures.
Build strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Track market trends, competitor projects, and customer needs.
Maintain clear sales records and provide regular sales reports.
Work closely with the marketing and project teams to improve lead conversion.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from enquiry to booking.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
5–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in premium or luxury projects.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and closing property deals.
Experience in selling high-value residential properties is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools and basic reporting will be an advantage.
