Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient assessments and identify clinical problems.
Develop and execute personalised physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
Manage patients with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports, and chronic pain conditions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Conduct consultations, assessments, and treatment sessions professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
Educate patients regarding exercises, posture, lifestyle modifications, and recovery.
Ensure excellent patient experience and build strong patient relationships.
Work closely with the Centre Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth centre operations.
Support patient retention, treatment-plan adherence, and appropriate follow-ups.
Preferred Skills
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Good knowledge of MSK and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
Experience with sports rehabilitation and pain management is preferred.
Knowledge of techniques such as Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Manual Therapy, and therapeutic exercises will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-centric approach with good counselling skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of patient outcomes.
Qualification
BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) mandatory.
MPT will be an added advantage.
Valid registration/licence as applicable.
