Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize performance through innovative approaches.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives and priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure related to SAP environments.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in enterprise software systems.
Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning effectively.
Familiarity with database management and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.
Skilled in monitoring tools and automation techniques to enhance system support capabilities.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
