🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, vector redraw, and digital illustration.
The ideal candidate should be creative, fast, detail-oriented, and quality-focused, with the ability to handle complex artwork while meeting strict deadlines.
This role also involves quality checking, mentoring trainees, and supporting the creative production team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise trainees while ensuring quality and productivity
• Conduct quality checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Handle complex vector redraw and digital illustration projects
• Deliver high-quality artwork within strict deadlines
• Maintain excellent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Review, refine, and correct artworks before final delivery
• Train and mentor junior designers and trainees
• Support the creative and production teams in meeting project targets
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design / Illustration
• Strong hands-on experience in vector redraw and digital illustration
• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in trainee supervision, team handling, or quality checking
• Excellent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong time-management and deadline-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Good understanding of professional artwork standards
