Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and hands-on experience in vector redraw and illustration work. The ideal candidate should be fast, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high quality while meeting tight deadlines. This role also involves supporting and guiding trainees.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and supervise trainees while conducting quality checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and delivery standards
● Handle complex vector redraw and illustration assignments
● Deliver work within strict deadlines with consistent quality
● Maintain high speed and accuracy in vector redraw projects
● Review and refine artworks before final delivery
● Assist and mentor trainees to improve productivity and quality
● Collaborate with the creative and production teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
● 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design / illustration
● Experience in team handling, trainee supervision & QC
● Strong hands-on experience in vector redraw and digital illustration
● Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
● Excellent speed, attention to detail, and time management skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
