About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager who can drive digital marketing initiatives for the US market while managing US-based client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, campaign optimization, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies for the US market
• Handle and maintain relationships with US-based clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into marketing strategies
• Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Drive qualified B2B leads and improve lead quality
• Manage social media and content marketing campaigns
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS & conversion rates
• Conduct US market and competitor research
• Track performance using GA4 & Google Tag Manager
• Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance insights to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client results
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–5 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing
✅ Experience handling US clients / US market
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
✅ Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing
✅ Knowledge of SEO, social media & content marketing
✅ Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
✅ Strong communication and client-handling skills
✅ Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
✅ Willingness to work in a US-aligned night shift
