About your new role:
End-to-end knowledge from counselling to visa process about the UK
Participate in conversations with students to grasp their career and educational goals.
Assist students in choosing courses that align with their objectives.
Evaluate student strengths and weaknesses.
Offer advice on institutional policies and procedures.
Proficient in management tools i.e. CRM.
Use a lead management tool to track and oversee the advancement of student leads.
Maintain leads and application pipelines current for successful conversion.
Proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, critical thinking, and positive attitude to promote work ethics and culture.
Customer service experience, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
Any other task assigned by the Manager.
