What You'll Do
📊 Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
🎯 Take full ownership of campaign performance and ROAS
💰 Manage budgets and scale spends efficiently
📈 Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders
🤝 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
🌐 Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
✅ Must have managed Meta & Google Ads with a total spend above ₹50 Lakhs, with proven ROAS achieved
✅ Strong hands-on experience with campaign structuring, targeting, and bid optimization
✅ Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably
✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, on-site environment
