Roles & Responsibilities
Manage customer support across chats, calls & emails
Help clients list and manage their events on the platform
Assist organisers with making their events live
Prepare decks/presentations for organisers as needed
Resolve customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
Maintain and update CRM & spreadsheet (Excel/Sheets) records
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, ops) to resolve escalations
Leverage AI & support tools to improve response time and efficiency
