We're Hiring: Product Owner – School ERP & AI EdTech Platform (Edvation)
This isn't a "build the MVP" role. Edvation is already one of the deepest K-12 platforms in India – what it needs now is a product leader who can sharpen it, sequence it, and get it into schools.

Edvation (by AI Nexus Innovations Hub) is a full-stack school operating system for Indian K-12 – a complete ERP from admissions to alumni, with a genuinely differentiated AI layer on top.

The Role
You will own the product roadmap for a platform that is already deep and now needs to be sharpened, sequenced and sold.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
→ 5–9 years in product management / product ownership on a B2B SaaS or ERP product, with at least 2 years owning a roadmap end-to-end
→ Hands-on experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases for engineering teams
→ Strong prioritisation muscle – comfortable saying no, sequencing large backlogs, and defending decisions with data and customer evidence
→ Experience running customer discovery and translating field feedback into requirements
→ Ability to work with multi-role, multi-module systems (ERP, HRMS, finance, CRM or similar)
→ Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to school leadership and to engineers with equal clarity
Strongly Preferred:
→ EdTech or School ERP experience – familiarity with Indian K-12 operations (admissions, fees, exams, boards)
→ Working knowledge of Indian education compliance – CBSE / ICSE / state boards, NEP 2020, UDISE+, RTE, DPDP Act
→ Experience shipping AI / LLM-powered features and defining quality for generated output
→ Exposure to data-migration and onboarding flows for enterprise customers
→ Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
