PlumoAI is picking 10 AI Builders for a 2-Month Cohort - 100% work from Anywhere (Startup located in - Delaware, USA)
You'll train few AI Employees, end to end (Pyton based AI Agents development and n8n style workflow design, Skills creation), that founders across the world will actually use inside PlumoAI, the open-source Autonomous AI Employees platform. Not a mock project. Not a sandbox. A live AI Employee running in production for real companies.
This is a cohort, not a job posting. 10 people for 2 months.
The deal, plainly:
This is unpaid, there's no stipend. What you get instead is bigger for the right person:
Your name as a contributor on our GitHub repo, permanently in the commit history of an open-source project used by founders worldwide
Your name featured on plumoai.com as the builder behind a specific AI Employee
Public recognition on LinkedIn that you trained under PlumoAI, tagged and visible to every founder and CTO evaluating our platform
A daily public track record on your own Instagram and LinkedIn, not ours, that anyone hiring for AI roles can verify with one scroll
Direct access to a founder and a world-class AI development team, no HR layer, no middle management

What you'll own:
Each builder is assigned one AI Employee at a time to train, end to end. You're not doing tickets. You're not a support resource. You own the outcome, the same way a founder owns a problem until it's solved.
Build Python-based AI Agents that plug into the PlumoAI ecosystem
Design and train Skills specific to your AI Employee
Work across multiple AI models to figure out what actually solves the problem
Build the workflows (plumoai has n8n style workflow designer) your AI Employee runs on in production
Post one minute video (recorded by own mobile) very raw daily on LinkedIn and Instagram (with own account tagging PlumoAI page) documenting what you built or building and what is the progress, what broke, what you learned, as an "AI Builder"
Who gets picked:
Founder mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do, you find the problem and solve it
Any qualification, any experience level, we don't care about your degree or resume
You can actually write Python and aren't afraid to break things while learning
Curious about open-source models, not just API wrappers
You want to build in public, not hide behind a company logo
How it runs:
No shift timings. No 9-to-5.
One non-negotiable: daily 15-minute standup call at 12 PM IST
Minimum commitment: 6 hours a day, until your AI Employee actually works
Fully remote, work from wherever you are
Duration: 2 months
Structure: Cohort of 10, each owning one AI Employee at a time that founders worldwide will run inside PlumoAI

No
