We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands social media beyond just designing individual posts. You should be able to create visually consistent social media grids, engaging creatives, and high-impact carousels that strengthen a brand’s overall digital presence.
What You’ll Do
* Create social media grid designs with a strong visual identity and consistent look.
* Design social media creatives for campaigns, launches, events, and daily content.
* Develop Instagram carousels with strong visual storytelling and layouts.
* Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished designs.
* Maintain brand consistency across different social media formats.
* Work closely with the content and social media team to bring ideas to life.
* Adapt designs into different formats and platforms when required.
* Keep up with current design, typography, layout, and social media trends.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, carousels, campaigns, and branding.
* Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to think creatively and independently, not just execute instructions.
* Good understanding of Instagram aesthetics and how a complete grid should look as a brand.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
* AI-assisted design skills are a bonus.
