Location: Gurgaon | Full-time | On-site
Experience: 2–5 years
RovenLabs is looking for a Business Development Executive with prior experience in a creative agency.
Pay: ₹6–12 LPA
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential US clients.
Connect with founders, CMOs, marketing heads and other decision-makers.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email and outbound prospecting.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
Book meetings and coordinate with the founders for sales calls.
Research brands and personalize outreach.
Requirements
2–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Prior experience selling or doing outbound to US clients is preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha or similar.
Agency, advertising or marketing background preferred.
