About us
We run three businesses under one roof:
- RovenLabs: an AI-first creative studio/tool making films, 3D and content for some of India's biggest brands
- Paffy Industries: Home-products brand (Happer) along with manufacturing across four facilities, supplying to B2B clients like Amazonbasics.
- BrickLens Studio: films, events and real-estate content across India and Dubai
The role
You'll sit next to the Director, Yash Garg, and be the link between all three brands, taking off his plate that doesn't strictly need him.
What you'll do
- Coordinate across brands and teams (accounts, production, creative, client) so work moves without the founder chasing it.
- Plan, schedule and attend meetings, and follow through on every action that comes out of them.
- Handle emails, proposals and follow-ups on the founder's behalf
- Prepare the inputs for decisions, and take the smaller ones yourself
- Run research on markets, competitors, tools and pricing, whenever it's needed
- Track leads, projects and payments, and run weekly reporting
- Coordinate with HR on hiring requirements
You'll fit if you
- Speak sharply and confidently. You'll represent the founder in rooms and on calls
- Write clear, crisp English to CMOs, founders and vendors
- Are strong in Excel: advanced formulas, pivots, macros and trackers that run themselves
- Follow up politely, and repeatedly, even with people senior to you
- Use AI tools daily and handle multiple threads without dropping any
Bonus: advertising, film or real-estate exposure; US/UAE clients; an eye for what's client-ready.
