Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric.
Experience with integration and orchestration of services using webMethods Fabric components.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration issues.
Familiarity with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in webMethods Fabric.
This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
