Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
Experience with integration design and development using Workday Adaptive Integrations tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation processes within integration workflows.
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
