Executive - Retrofit Sales

The
Responsibilities
Generation of Enquiry with proactive outreach and Networking efforts.
Visiting Customer for technical meeting to discuss their requirements.
Visiting Consultants for technical meeting to discuss their requirements.
Coordination with Engineering Team for selection of Chillers / Systems to meet Customer’s requirements.
Submission of Techno-Commercial offers with data sheets as per Customer / Consultant requirements.
Techno-Commercial Negotiations with Customers and conversion of Enquiries into Orders.
Collection of Advance payments from Customers.
Creation of Sales Orders in the CRM module.
Coordination with Engineering Team for submission of Drawings & Datasheets to Customers / Consultants for approval.
Provide manufacturing clearance to Factory after taking necessary approvals / clearance from Customers / Consultants.
Coordination with Manufacturing Team and Customers for completing Inspection requirements if any.
Collection of payments and coordination with Factory for Delivery of Chillers / Systems.
Coordination with Customers and Commissioning Engineers for Commissioning of Chillers / Systems.
Requirements
B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical) with 5 years experience /
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with 10 years experience
