Founder’s Associate
Focus: Community Growth, Engagement & Special Projects
The Founder’s Associate will work closely with the Founder of GoMigro to grow and activate our community while taking ownership of high-priority special projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating content, experimenting with new ideas, and turning ideas into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new members, particularly professionals, job seekers, students, immigrants, and international communities.
Community Engagement: Welcome members, start conversations, respond to posts, encourage participation, and keep the GoMigro platform active and valuable.
Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute creative campaigns, collaborations, events, and experiments to grow the community.
Videos & Content: Support community and founder-led content and be comfortable participating in or appearing in videos.
Podcasts & AMAs: Help conceptualise and execute podcasts, AMAs, and interviews — including guest research, outreach, coordination, recording, and promotion.
Special Projects: Work directly with the Founder on priority initiatives and take projects from idea to execution.
Partnership Outreach: Build relationships with student groups, professional networks, immigrant organisations, creators, ambassadors, and other potential partners.
Growth Tracking: Monitor community growth and engagement and identify practical opportunities to improve results.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is proactive, comfortable talking to people, confident with video and audio, creative, adaptable, and highly execution-oriented. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving startup environment where you are expected to take ownership rather than wait for detailed instructions.

Work arrangement
No
