IFA Channel Development Manager | Financial Products

Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, network-backed Channel Development Manager (CDM) for a 6-month high-impact growth campaign.Your primary mandate will be to onboard, empanel, and activate Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), onto the Invest Corners platform.The ideal candidate possesses an active, plug-and-play directory of financial intermediaries across the working city and knows how to pitch fixed-income alternative debt products to wealth professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding & Network Expansion:Identify, pitch, and empanel active IFAs, MFDs, CFPs onto the Invest Corners platform. Leverage existing industry connections to conduct 40+ face-to-face and virtual partner presentations every month. Partner Activation & Pipeline Management:Go beyond signing agreements—actively train and guide onboarded partners to pitch Invest Corners' boutique real estate fixed-income offerings to their investor networks.Drive partner-led deal mobilization to achieve monthly and quarterly capital raise milestones.
Product Training & Relationship Management:
Conduct product orientation workshops for advisors on underlying asset security, project yield mechanics, credit structures, and debenture/trustee frameworks. Serve as the single point of contact for channel partners, assisting them with marketing collaterals, client pitch decks, and investor query resolutions.
Compliance & Operations:
Ensure smooth partner e-KYC completion, digital agreement signing, and timely processing of channel commission payouts.Maintain real-time pipeline reporting in the company CRM regarding advisor onboarding statuses and client mobilization targets.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications: Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B financial product distribution, IFA channel management, or wealth desk relationship management.
Target Network (Mandatory):
Prior experience in onboarding or managing IFAs, MFDs, CFPs networks in the working region with a strong, verifiable network.
Product Expertise: Prior exposure to fixed-income products, corporate NCDs, alternative investment funds (AIFs), fractional real estate, or structured real estate debt instruments.
Skills:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English and Telugu.
Mindset:
Highly target-driven, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a focus on immediate execution within a 6-month campaign window.
