Responsibilities:
Generate Home Loan leads through field sales and business development.
Build relationships with builders, developers, brokers, channel partners & DSAs.
Meet customers, understand loan requirements, and guide them through the loan process.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily lead reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, or Home Loans.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Banking Sales, or Real Estate Sales is a plus.
