Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at ECH Academy in Tirur. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media pages, monitoring performance metrics, and using web analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with trainers and internal teams to promote courses, events, and initiatives, as well as preparing reports and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes. The specialist will contribute to the development of marketing strategies that support enrollment growth and strengthen ECH Academy’s online presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow engagement across key platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for content creation and collaboration with internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field are beneficial.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools is an advantage.
