Role Description The Graphic Designer role at ECH Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottakkal. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and learning resources. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, collaborating with trainers and the marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role also involves preparing files for production, refining designs based on feedback, and staying updated on current design trends and tools.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, hierarchy, and readability.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
Ability to translate requirements into creative concepts and deliver on deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and openness to iterative feedback.
Relevant education or training in Graphic Design or a related creative field is preferred.
