🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, product managers)
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot and debug production issues
Ensure system security, performance, and reliability
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of overall backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go)
Experience with microservices architecture
Proficiency in REST APIs and API integrations
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (experience working with international clients preferred)

Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of system design & distributed systems
Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with high-traffic applications
