💡 About the Role
We’re looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Engineer who can work across both Golang backend engineering and React frontend development.
This is not a role for someone who only works on isolated features. We’re looking for an engineer who can own modules end-to-end, make sound technical decisions, build scalable services, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
🔥 What You’ll Work On
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang backend services
Build responsive and high-performance interfaces using React.js
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / microservices
Work with databases, caching, authentication, and third-party integrations
Design clean, maintainable and production-ready code
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
Debug complex production issues and provide robust solutions
Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, and product teams
Take ownership of features from development → testing → deployment
🧠 Must-Have Technical Skills
Backend
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Golang
Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, and interfaces
Experience building scalable APIs and backend services
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems
Frontend
Strong hands-on experience with React.js
JavaScript / TypeScript
State management and reusable component architecture
API integration and frontend performance optimization
Responsive UI development
Engineering
Git / GitHub
Unit & integration testing
CI/CD fundamentals
Cloud environments such as AWS/Azure/GCP
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
