We're Hiring | HR Executive – People Experience (QSR)

Are you passionate about creating a great employee experience and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive – People Experience to support end-to-end HR operations across our QSR business. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and support office positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and walk-in drives.
Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Support hiring for new store openings and replacement positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Experience
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.
Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Performance Management (PMS)
Assist in the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS).
Track goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal timelines.
Maintain performance records and generate reports.
Coordinate with managers during appraisal cycles.
Payroll & HR Operations
Coordinate monthly attendance and leave records.
Validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
Assist in salary processing and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Maintain HR documentation and employee files.
Statutory Compliance
Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.
Assist during labour inspections and internal audits.
Ensure timely completion of compliance documentation.
Employee Relations
Handle routine employee grievances and HR queries.
Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews.
Support disciplinary processes as per company policy.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Maintain recruitment, attendance, attrition, and payroll MIS.
Ensure data accuracy in HRMS and employee databases.
Candidate Profile
Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, or Service Industry.
