About the Role
Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, national and international client with develop content strategies, follow current trends, and help brands grow their online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
Create and manage engaging social media content aligned with client objectives.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
Manage comments, messages, and community interactions.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Work towards improving reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand visibility.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding content, feedback, approvals, and updates.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, internal strategies, campaign data, and company information.
Requirements
2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong knowledge of content planning and social media trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Canva/designing skills will be an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital trends.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
