About the Role
Nova Spark is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern who can support the coordination of clients, internal teams, and day-to-day digital marketing projects.
Candidates with 3+ months of internship experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Digital Marketing Operations and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and internal digital marketing teams.
Maintain project trackers, task lists, deadlines, and updates.
Manage files and project documentation through Google Drive.
Work with Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Excel.
Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks and deliverables.
Assist with client onboarding and project coordination.
Maintain meeting notes (MOM) and project updates.
Coordinate with SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Design and Development teams.
Assist in preparing content calendars, reports and project documents.
Communicate professionally with clients through Email, WhatsApp and Google Meet.
Escalate important delays, client requirements and project issues to the reporting manager.
